Grievance and disciplinary investigations

Our consultants undertake impartial and cost effective disciplinary and grievance and investigations for our clients. We are often asked to undertake very complex and highly sensitive investigations and are able to act as additional resources for the clients, or as wholly independent investigators. 

Workplace Mediation

klc employment law consultants are accredited workplace mediators.  With the repeal of the statutory dispute resolution procedures due in April 2009, workplace mediation will be key in helping our clients demonstrate fair process and fair dismissal.

As well as being a future prerequisite for fairness, workplace mediation is a time efficient and cost effective method of resolving workplace disputes in-house.  It is particularly useful in cases of alleged harassment by one employee against another and has the added benefit of keeping matters totally confidential between the concerned parties.
