Public Training

All our training is led by KLC’s own highly experienced employment law tutors, described by the CIPD as “some of the UK’s leading employment law experts”. We have worked with a wide variety of organisations and although we deal with weighty subject matter we always maintain a highly interactive, informal and individual style, encouraging delegates to participate fully without feeling threatened or self-conscious.

In-house training

 We offer a huge range of in-house employment law training for HR and line managers. Our courses include:

 Disciplinary and grievance investigations – attendees get to put the legal requirements into practice in this ‘hands on’ course.

  • Understanding discrimination – the complete approach to unlawful discrimination in employment
  • Managing discipline, poor performance, and ill health – understanding how to avoid an unfair process and unfair dismissal
  • Equality and diversity – delivered either as a one-day course or shorter briefings to be rolled-out throughout the organisation
  • Employment law in a day for line manager – equipping your line managers with the knowledge and practical know how to manager their reports fairly and lawfully
  • TUPE – navigating the legal and practical issues
