KLC ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT LAW UPDATE 2008

Dates: 4 March
Venue – 1 Queen Anne’s Gate, London SW1H 9BT

Our Annual Employment Law Update examines all the important case law over the past year and explains how it may affect decisions you make in your organisation.

The session will also cover:

  • the Employment Bill and in particular, the radical abolition of the dispute resolution procedures and the return to the 'Polkey' fairness test (and all that will entail),
  • the sex discrimination amendments and their impact on third party liability,
  • the proposals for a single equality bill
  • the new immigration rules
  • a review of the age discrimination regulations, and much more.

The Update will be delivered by our highly experienced employment law trainers and as ever, you will have plenty of opportunities for discussion to help gain a full understanding and appreciation of the content and its impact on employment practices.
