Melanie Kent specialises in carrying out a wide variety of disciplinary and grievance investigations, often involving complex matters of discrimination and harassment. She also undertakes HR Employment Law Policy development.   

Her extensive employee relations experience and exposure to employment law was gained in the financial, technology and electronic sectors. 

Melanie is a key member of our telephone and email help-line team providing advisory support to our clients. She also assists in the preparation stages of tribunal cases and is one of our experts in the negotiation of settlements.
