Carolyn (Cas) Carrington, Chartered FCIPD, Partner

Cas Carrington is a highly experienced employment law trainer who is widely known for her lively and informal style of delivering complex employment law issues and concepts.  Cas is also an employee relations specialist.

Her straightforward approach to tackling employee relations and employment law problems is grounded in her extensive experience gained mainly in industrial and employee relations in the media sector.

Cas writes and delivers public employment law training courses on a wide range of topics and designs and delivers in-company employment law training courses to meet clients’ specific requirements. 

She is the lead tutor for the CIPD ‘Law on Tour’ workshops and is also a tutor on the CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations Law and Practice. 

Cas also works closely with clients on tricky employee relations projects.
